The Department of Medical Cell Biology carries out research and educates PhD students in cell biology and physiology focusing on diabetes, kidney function, inflammation, blood vessel formation and cell signaling. We also teach students belonging to different educational programs and separate courses in anatomy, cell biology, physiology and histology.
